We stayed at this Lisbon hotel for 8 nights during our recent May vacation in Portugal.- 5 nights for our first stay, and then 3 during our return to Lisbon . The following stands out for us regarding having this hotel serve as our Lisbon base during our time in this wonderful city. a) A fantastic and exceptionally welcoming staff ; they made our time there feel special; they took time to remember our names and greeted us almost everyday using our names. Also, as part of hotel policy, they bestowed numerous small gifts including welcoming us with a small bottle of port and some delicious pastries ( pasteis de nata). The day/night before we checked out they have us lovely bars of soap. b) The hotel's great location; although very near popular and busy spots in the Baixa/Chaido neighborhood area, the hotel is situated in the relatively calmer spacious city square where Lisbon City Hall is located; c) The hotel provides a generous and delicious breakfast that is included in the cost of the room. You can order eggs of any kind and they are -prepared to one's requested liking. One of the breakfast waitstaff working there- Caio- was exceptional in his level of friendliness, service, and genuineness; and c) Rooms were kept very clean

Excellent room and location, friendly staff and the hotels amenities are top notch. Excellent service from start to finish. We stayed 4 nights and they upgraded our room to their biggest and best which was excellent. We received welcome treats and leaving chocolates. Laundry was done quickly and the room came with sparking and still water in the fridge. The coffee machine was great and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Adorable hotel ideally located, just steps from the Commerce Square and many metro and bus lines, on the edge of a small square lined with restaurants and small shops. The room was not very large but optimally arranged, with simple yet very elegant and refined decor, and a view of the Tagus River in the distance. Very comfortable bedding and a pleasant shower. The major plus was the quietness thanks to excellent double glazing, even though there is a lot of foot traffic in front of the hotel. The little extra was all the thoughtful touches left by the hotel (small pasteis de nata, a beauty product, etc.) on the occasion, no doubt, of my birthday. Friendly, very professional, and efficient welcome. In short, go there with your eyes closed; you will have a very pleasant stay.

Hervorragend! Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert Außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, super gut gelegen, sauber. Ich habe gar nichts auszusetzen und das will was heißen. Ich werde wieder dort nächtigen, wenn ich nach Lisboa fliege. Vielleicht dass ich um Mitternacht noch einen Schlummer Drink hätte nehmen können
