How can you change something I already booked?
We book the room ourselves, so it's ours to move. Sites that send you off to a different checkout can't touch your booking once it's made.
Will I get stuck with a different room?
Never. We only ever offer you the exact same room, for the same dates. If the only cheaper option is a worse room, we don't bother you with it.
Could I lose my room?
No. When you accept a drop we book the cheaper room first, then cancel the old one. If anything goes wrong in between, you keep your original booking.
Do I have to do anything?
Only if we find you money. We watch the price on our own, and when it drops we email you one link. Tap it and we move you to the cheaper rate. Ignore it and your original booking stays exactly as it is.
Why would you ever tell me not to book somewhere?
We'd rather you trust us and come back. Other sites get paid the second you book — that's why none of them will tell you a hotel has gone downhill.
