I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay at Ayres Hotel Fountain Valley, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible service provided by Delany and John at the front desk. What should have been the start of a relaxing trip to celebrate our 29 year wedding anniversary quickly turned into a stressful situation when Agoda mistakenly canceled my reservation without my knowledge but yet charged the stay onto my credit card and confirmed the booking the previous day. I was left scrambling to figure out what had happened, and honestly, it could have ruined the entire anniversary trip. Delany and John stepped in with genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. Even though the booking error wasn't the hotel's fault and they really didn't have to get involved, they went above and beyond to help me navigate the endless cycle of customer service calls with Agoda. They advocated for me, kept me informed, and treated me like a valued guest every step of the way. Their kindness and willingness to help turned what could have been a terrible experience into one that restored my faith in exceptional customer service. If the owners of Ayres Hotel are reading this, you should be incredibly proud to have Delany and John representing your hotel. They exemplify professionalism, outstanding hospitality, and a genuine commitment to taking care of guests. Because of them, you've earned a loyal customer. Absolutely the best place to stay! Very clean, breakfast was decent, bathtub very large, pull out sofa bed was very comfortable and the king size bed was great and comfy!! Staff very friendly and the pool was heated and super clean! Definitely staying here again!

Great location and comfortable accommocations. Customer service was excellent. Room was large with soft pillow-top bed. Breakfast included waffles, sometimes french toast, always cooked eggs and some type of sausage. Dry cereals could be expanded to include a healthier option. Fresh fruit included bananas and apples. Much appreciated the parking benefit for one car per room. Just minutes to the beach and Huntington Beach Pier. Easy access to the highway and multitude of restaurants. Would stay here again.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit schönem Aussenbereich und gemütlichem Pool. Vergleichsweise grosse und saubere Zimmer, eines der besten Frühstücksbuffets unserer gesamten USA-Reise - und alles in allem schlicht ein rundum positiver Eindruck. Haben unsere wenigen Tage hier genossen.
