Buena ubicación pero personal muy mejorable La ubicación al lado de la estación de metro y con muchos restaurantes Le pedí al personal de recepción que preguntaran una información muy importante para mí sobre el tren que iba al aeropuerto. Quedaron en llamarme a primera hora. Nunca lo hicieron Si tienen un mostrador en recepción para atender a PMR por qué no lo utilizan? Uno de los ascensores estuvo averiado 4 días y sólo había otro pequeño . Entiendo que son cosas que pasan pero el personal debería gestionar el uso del único ascensor que quedaba, poniendo un cartel de uso prioritario Voy en silla de ruedas y estaba en el 7° piso

Buen lugar buena ubicación Buena ubicación y muy comodo El gimnasio con pocos instrumentos y el ascensor los 5 días que estuve alojado estuvo funcionando uno solo y el otro decía en reparación. Hasta 15 minutos estuve esperando ascensor en horarios que muchos pasajeros salían de sus pisos

Otelin konumu inanılmaz şekilde güzeldi. Temizlik konusunda hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Resepsiyon kısmında bulunan su sebili çok güzel düşünülmüş bir ayrıntıydı. Resepsiyondaki tüm çalışan arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. bir sonraki seyahatimiz için hiç tereddüt etmeden tercih edebiliriz. Otelde 2 adet asansör bulunuyordu, konaklamamız boyunca asansörlerin 1i sürekli arızalı olduğu için asansör kuyruğu beklemek zorunda kaldık. bazen asansöre binemediğimiz bile oldu.

Guter Ort in bester Lage Das Hotel bietet Studios mit einer Küchenzeile an. Diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut im Zimmer und auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen, was an den heißen Tagen wichtig war. Wir haben zunächst ein Zimmer bekommen, was uns nicht zusagte. Ohne große Diskussionen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Überhaupt erscheint das Personal sehr professionell und es sind auch stets 3 Angestellte an der Rezeption. Toll: der kostenlose Kaffee und alle anderen Kaffeeprodukte (aus einem Vollautomaten) und das kostenlose Wasser. Alles in allem viel Platz für eine Unterkunft in Paris, Super Lage, die fast nicht zu toppen ist. Ein schnell erreichbares Refugium in der großen Stadt. Es gibt zwei Aufzüge, zudem war einer außer Betrieb. Wir haben deshalb nur die Treppe in den 2ten Stock genommen.
