Decepción La amabilidad que tuvo una de las personas en recepción para ayudar a resolver un inconveniente, aunque lo primero que dijo fue no se puede. La poca amabilidad de la primera persona que me atendió.

Miami desde Brickell
Miami desde Brickell Lo mejor es la ubicación y su piscina en el piso 20 con esas vistas. Maravilla. La habitación era súper pequeña, el lavabo estaba dentro de la habitación y el wc con un cristal con cero intimidad. Algunos miembros del personal tampoco eran demasiado amables cuando les dijimos que queríamos que limpiaran la habitación al día siguiente de la llegada y como no lo habíamos puesto en el sistema de iPad que tienen porque no nos dimos cuentas dejaron la habitación sin hacer.

A functional, well-planned hotel concept that ticks all the boxes and in a brilliant location. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Brickell and surrounded by all the fine restaurants. The citizen M brand focus on small but functional rooms and so that is exactly what it is. Every detail is taken care of, the hotel facilities were excellent and the hotel staff were fantastic too.
