Wonderful!
Wonderful! The staff was amazing, especially the front desk and the bartenders. Marie and Veronica, I know her name began with a V. They both were so fun and made our short stay exceptional. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

Rude Overwhelmed night auditer
Rude Overwhelmed night auditer The night auditor at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and clearly not suited for customer service. He gave incorrect information about the hotel and responded with a snarky attitude when asked for a copy of the folio. He stares down at the customer and grunted his answers, showing blatant disrespect. He seriously needs a new line of work.

Bad Night Sleep
Bad Night Sleep The room division and size. The dark curtains The mirror in the bathroom The bed was really hard. I am 71years old and the bed gave my hips pain. There was no give at all in the mattress. The couch and toilet were low for a senior. I could not open the balcony door more than an inch and my son had to push very hard to close it
