Mostly ok.

Mostly ok. Location I am 75 and was alone. I asked if there was a way to get assistance with my bags to car upon departure. I asked the day before I was scheduled to leave. They said you can find someone in housekeeping and ask, I would have appreciated the front desk communicate to whomever to assist, I do not believe that was customer service in any way. Very disappointed and I took care of my bags on my own both on arrival and departure,
