Great service!! Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and very accommodating to any request. Special callout to Wendy from the spa and wellness area. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is located near the chapalputec castle and highly recommend it.

Unbeatable location, across from the beautiful Chapultepec Forest, with beautiful views of the Castle. The coffee in the room is a plus to start the day, the pods are of excellent quality.
The spaces are impeccable, the service is attentive. The food at breakfast is delicious.

Unwind on a business trip I stayed at this hotel for business and booked a massage at the spa with Alex. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease.
