Staff was wonderful There was an issue with one of the alarms in The room. It would click loudly for about 30 seconds at a time every 30 mins to and hour throughout or first night. Very awful after a full day of traveling with family. And was less than ideal for the first night before our first day at Disneyland. But staff handled it for us after first night.

Great hotel
Great hotel We stayed here for 3 nights as we was visiting disney it s a great hotel nice and clean. Staff are welcoming and the free breakfast is so nice. You get free coffee or tea 24 hours a day in the lobby. The Toy story carpark is 2 minutes walk from the hotel that gives you a free shuttle to disney thete and back and runs every 5 minutes. The hotel is in walking distance to resturants and shops its a great hotel you wont be disapointed if you book this hotel the swimming pool and hot tub are nice and clean.
