The air conditioner was broken and there was an unpleasant odor; the man who came to help didn't speak English and couldn't even unplug the unit. Upon check-in, they tried to charge me again, even though the room had already been paid for via Booking.com (non-refundable rate). Hotel was pretty clean and microwave was very useful!! Hotel could be pretty nice even with a strange personages around same street 😆 Thank you for stay

I chose this hotel because I was only in Manhattan for a day and just needed something inexpensive and convenient. This Hilton Garden Inn delivered. It’s located a few blocks from Penn Station, Hudson Yards and everything in Midtown Manhattan. The room was small but nicely updated. I splurged on an upgrade with a huge 20-foot floor-to-ceiling window. Not much of a view but an interesting feature and even a luxury feel even though it is a value brand.

Felicitaciones La habitación muy amplia, la cama super cómoda, entraba luz natural, el baño espacioso y limpio. Las amenidades excelentes, se puede hacer uso de microondas, refrigerador y cafetera en la habitación, nos tocó una maquina de hielo justo afuera del cuarto. En recepción había agua y té de cortesía. No aplica...la seguridad del hotel es excelente los guardias y el personal están atentos en todo momento. Hicimos nuestro check out muy temprano por la mañana 4:00 am y el guardia nos acompañó hasta que nuestro transporte llegó asegurándose de que fuera el correcto.
