Bang average.
Bang average. Breakfast was decent. Room was decent Area was nice. Didn't like being charged a service charge when going to the bar myself. Especially as the prices are premium to begin with.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff are all very nice and professional. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. Central to all North Conway attractions and activities. A+

It’s always a pleasure staying here!! The rooms are clean and quiet and the layout is well thought out. All of the staff members are friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome! The grill cook makes the best shrimp ever!

The room was very spacious, and the staff were fantastic. There was an issue with our room booking, and the manager personally saw to it that we were given the room we needed. Will stay here again!
