We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great! Walkable distance to many different places! Loved & appreciated luggage hold for early arrivals before check in! Nothing, the stay was great!

Room was spacious, clean & the best comfy beds & pillows. The location was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful & amazing & friendly. The house keeping staff were excellent especially Caitlin & her team in the laundry who went over & above for us. The only disappointing part of our stay was breakfast where everything ran out & we found kitchen staff quite disinterested. Luckily all other staff & aspects of this hotel excel & make up for the kitchen & we would recommend to stay.

I did enjoy the stay.
I did enjoy the stay. The room was clean. When I turned on the shower, the drain was slow to drain. I called the front desk and the staff quickly fixed the issue. Their housekeeping staff should have alert maintenance about the slow drain prior to any tired traveler tried to shower with water building up past their ankles. That was the only irritating issue I had with the stay. I expected more from Hilton. I have had that issue at cheaper hotels and chose Hilton as to avoid shower delays after a long day at a Trade Show. The issue was taken care of but a good housekeeper should, but a good housekeeper should alert the staff while cleaning, not ignore it and let a customer experience a water backup The shuttle that took us to the Trade Show and back. It made dining out more enjoyable. I did not need to find parking. The driver was already aware of where the destination I needed locally was at. The appetizers and welcome drinks in the Lobby were very pleasant touch.

Very nice hotel with very good location. A mile to Beale Street. excellent before breakfast. Get the parking deal and a room facing the Mississippi river.
