Uitstekend hotel op een strategische ligging als je ook de minder toeristische buurten wil verkennen Uitstekende ligging, net even buiten de hectiek en in gezellige buurten Saint-Germain-des-Prés en Quartier Latin. Bedden en kussens zijn heerlijk. Terrasje is top want wij hadden heel veel geluk met het weer dus is zeker een meerwaarde in dat geval. Weinig plaats om iets in de badkamer te leggen. Zouden wat meer schapjes mogen zijn. Wij verbleven hier 4 nachten en daarvoor was het echt mini. Taalvaardigheid aan de receptie was niet echt top. Rooftop is zeker bezoekje waard maar jammer dat je daar echt op elkaar geplakt zit en dat is des te storender als je buren beginnen roken...

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Parigi,fra il quartiere latino e Saint Germain des Pres L’hotel è veramente bello, accogliente, pulito, con un servizio impeccabile, presente, gentile e sempre efficiente senza mai essere invadente. Il rooftop stupendo, con una vista su Parigi veramente notevole. La posizione è veramente perfetta per visitare Parigi, quasi interamente a piedi. Assolutamente niente, tutto perfetto.

We had severed hundred euros in cash disappear from zipped up luggage within our hotel rooms and the staff/managers The location was nice for first-time Paris visitors. We had several hundred euros in cash stolen from our room- we suspect by the housekeeping staff. Despite immediately informing the hotel staff and spending hours on this ordeal between filing the lol ie report, explaining to multiple hotel managers what happened, and dealing with this over several days, the hotel offered us nothing in damages. Most higher end businesses would volunteer some kind of gesture of good will for the enormous inconvenience and stress of a theft - the managers at Dame des Arts didn’t offer anything. We asked for a comp’ed night on our 4 night stay or at least a refund of the amount we had been robbed - they flat out declined. Literally nothing to make up for the lost time and extremely negative experience of being robbed here. The guest relations managers Prisca and Marta were especially unhelpful- terrible customer service. Truly felt like once you book here, any negative experience you have as a guest is just too bad. Again- we literally had cash disappear from zipped up luggage within our rooms at Hotel Dames des Arts and the staff/managers here did nothing to help us.

Welcoming, beautiful and comfortable!!
Welcoming, beautiful and comfortable!! The Views were amazing - but the decor and design choices were stunning! The doorman was especially welcoming and the staff was friendly. Size of room was a bit tight - but space is restricted in most European hotels. I would definitely return to this hotel.
