La posizione vicina all'attraco del battello gratuito per spostarsi verso il centro. Parcheggio a pagamento nell'hotel a 30 euro mentre quello esterno a 1,75 per 1 ora.

Die Lage war super, mit der Fähre kommt man easy zum Hauptbahnhof Central, ideal für uns und der Preis für Amsterdam mit Frühstück unschlagbar. Dass es keine normalen Fenster zum öffnen gab, aber es war zu verschmerzen, die Klima war fast nicht zu hören. Es war zwar gut, dass es ein Frühstück gab, mir persönlich hat aber das Rührei, der Kaffee und der Fruchtnektar nicht geschmeckt. Aber es gab ja noch Tee😉..ach der Fruchtsalat der war prima, und Gurken und Tomaten gab's auch, ist nicht überall der Fall. Das dicke Kissen und die dicke Decke war auch nicht mein Geschmack. Es gibt immer was zu bemängeln 😎 überall.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Mitarbeiter am Check-in sehr unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist eigentlich soweit gut ausgestattet, und die Lage ist auch gut. Das Frühstück ist dem Hotelstandart entsprechend in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter im Barbereich sind freundlich. Der Check -in Prozess hat eine Ewigkeit gedauert, obwohl alle Daten bereits bei der Buchung angegeben wurden. Die Rechnung auf die korrekte Firmenbezeichnung auszustellen war offensichtlich ein Problem, und das obwohl alle Daten und auch die Umsatzsteuer Nr. bereits angegeben waren. Letztlich wurde die Rechnung dann nicht mit der vollständig korrekten Bezeichnung erstellt. Alle drei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren nicht freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Ein kurze Nachfrage zur Parksituation wurde nur äußerst genervt beantwortet.
