Simple but very effective—an excellent choice. The friendliness of the front desk staff, the valet attendants, and everyone else. The brunch, In addition to very few options, many items out of stock, and slow restocking. I think that's the only negative point worth mentioning.

Fantastic Disneyland Weekend We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great, and the service was impeccable. The welcome snacks were a nice touch during check-in. The breakfast selection is good, but there’s room for improvement. Maribel Hernandez made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you!

Excellent Hospitality at Holiday Inn Express Anaheim Resort I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and the exceptional staff made all the difference. Ashley at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made check-in easy and accommodated the changes we need immediately! A special thank you to Yadira and Ofelia, who provided outstanding service during the complimentary breakfast each morning. They kept everything clean, well-stocked, and inviting, and they greeted every guest with genuine kindness and warmth. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes created such a pleasant start to each day. The hospitality from Ashley, Yadira, and Ofelia truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication—I would gladly stay here again because of the excellent service you provide!
