Stay Here!!!
Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Mai in Long Beach. This place completely exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance. The vibe around the area is lively but the hotel itself manages to stay peaceful and relaxing, which I really appreciated.
The rooftop had an incredible view of downtown complete with a neon accent wall that read “Life’s A Beach”, and everything from the bed to the bathroom was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and gym were great additions. Perfect for unwinding or getting a quick workout in without leaving the building.
What really made my stay memorable was the staff. Dulce and Yesenia were both warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. I asked about a microwave and, instead of directing me somewhere, they brought one straight to my room, no fuss. That kind of service is rare and it didn’t go unnoticed.
It’s the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself, but it deserves the praise. Quiet, stylish, accommodating, and located in one of the best spots in Long Beach. I’ll absolutely be back, and I’m already recommending it to friends. A true hidden gem.
