בסה״כ היתה שהייה נחמדה פרט למה שכתבתי, שהעכיר את השהות!!! המיקום היה מצויין, המלון נקי ומטופח, הצוות היה אדיב ותומך, פרט למספר מיקרים לא ראויים שניתקלנו בהם. לא מחליפים מצעים! לאחר ששמנו לב שלא מחליפים מצעים, סימנו אותם ונוכחנו לדעת שהם לא הוחלפו. פעמיים במהלך השהות לא הביאו מספיק מגבות, פעם אחת הביאו רק שתי מגבות חדשות בימקום 4, ופעם אחת הביאו 3 מגבות בימקום 4. בפעם הראשונה נאלצתי לרדת לקבלה כדי להודיע להם על שתי המגבות, והפקיד קבלה לא הודיע לרומסרוויס ונאלצתי לרדת שוב לקבלה כדי להודיע שעדיין לא קיבלתי את המגבות. בנוסף ניתקלתי באמירה אנטישמית! בחלק השני של השהות שלי במלון (לאחר שהות של 6 ימים, חזרתי לעוד 3 ימים - 18-20/8/26) עשיתי צ׳ק אין וקיבלתי חדר עם שתי מיטות זוגיות אך לא קווין כפי שהזמנתי. ניגשתי לקבלה בבקשה לקבל כפי שהזמנתי ושילמתי. הפקיד קבלה שניראה לי כאחראי משמרת או משהו דומה, ניסה ל״ערבב״ אותי שזה כימעט אותו דבר וכל מיני תשובות לא לענין. כשראה שאני לא מוכן לוותר, הוא שאל אותי מהיכן אני (ללא קשר לענין), וכשאמרתי שאני מישראל הוא אמר לי שפה מתחילה הבעיה, וכשאמרתי לו - מה אתה אומר?!, הוא מיד הבין כניראה שעשה טעות וחזר לנושא החדר, ואף החליף לנו את החדר עם מיטות קווין. חבל שכך, כי המלון עצמו מאוד איכותי והרבה ישראלים מתארחים במלון ואסור שיהיו אנשים כאילו עם אמירות אנטישמיות.

À part le gros inconvénient du café ! Plutôt bien L’emplacement et le confort Pas de machine à café dans les chambres. Même pas une bouilloire pour du café soluble ! Faire 40 étages dans un sens et dans l’autre puis la queue pour le café du matin, c’est pas pensable ! Si cela ne change pas, même contre charge supplémentaire! Je n’y reviens plus ! Dommage !

Das Hotel hatte eine perfekte Lage. Die Zimmer waren auch für vier Personen mit zwei Doppelbetten groß genug. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen
