Pessimo Solo l’esterno Solo l’esterno rispecchia le foto mentre le camere risultano vecchie ma soprattutto sporche anche la colazione è tutta da rivedere nulla è all’altezza delle 4 stelle .Inoltre al nostro piano c’era un forte odore di fumo di sigarette.Assolutamente non vale il costo pagato per il soggiorno

Highly recommend staying here!
Highly recommend staying here! If you are looking for something just a short train ride away from the main part of Amsterdam I highly recommend Zaandam and especially this hotel! The hotel is so unique and the area around it is super cute and has lots of little stores, restaurants and cafes. We stayed in the Founder Suite and it did NOT disappoint! This room had a large sitting area with tv and desk with 2 chairs, the bedroom had a large king sized bed and large tv but it was the bathroom that blew us away. Not only did it have a shower..but also a large bathtub AND a sauna! We were also able to utilize any of their spa amenities as well. We definitely enjoyed relaxing in the pool and then the sauna after a long day walking around. Nothing at all! This place is great! It exceeded all of our expectations!

The location of hotel is very easy to identify but because all elevators and escalators around the hotel (outside hotel Hotel facilities are clean and room is very spacious! The hair dryer is not as clean as I wish! The power cord of hair dryer is very dusty and it will be better to be wiped before every new customer check in! All the other places inside the room and bathroom are super clean!

As expected. A few little tweaks and this hotel could be outstanding I’ve stayed in Zaandam previously so knew how easy it was to get around from how close the hotel is to the station, McDonald’s directly opposite the as a hit with my teen. Very pretty outside building Stayed in a junior founder suite. Sauna door didn’t quite shut properly so didn’t get hot hot. Just warm. Tv had pay per view movies etc, would be nice just to have Netflix/disney plus app on. Bathroom could do with a freshen up
