My sister and I spent 5 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The location was good, the price was reasonable, and the room, bath and view were quite nice. The executive lounge was undergoing renovations but they made up for it with their ground floor restaurant. The gym had Technogym equipment and the pool was heated. We took Uber everywhere. The outstanding thing was their staff. So many of them greeted me by name and were lovely. The restaurant and concierge staff took particular care of us. Ronald always had a smile for us and always offered a helping hand as did every other employee. Muchisimas gracias!

Happy with our Hotel
Happy with our Hotel Hotel was nice. Quiet room with great access to different areas of Mexico City. Polanco is a great spot for restaurants, safety and shopping. Pool was a little bland but the staff was great. Good food options in the hotel and would stay again for sure. Booking thru the hotel for car service is $$$. Uber black is the way to go and cheap. Room service was always very attentive and cleaned every day.

Excellent! Great staff, polanco area is incredible, across from park, gym is great, pool area is good and lounge was closed but gave us access to hotel restaurant. Room and bed are great!
