Excellent location, clean and nice staff. No thrills. Location and facilities Lacks facilities like a pool and self service laundry. We asked for late checkout and they told me I had to pay for each hour a certain amount for a limit of two hours. We ended up staying for only 30 minutes over the check out time but were still asked to pay for one hour. It would have been nice to have that fee waived since we had stayed in the hotel from three nights.

One of the five hotels we stayed at during our 12-day trip to Japan last year (yeah took so long to write one). We booked two rooms for 2 nights from 14–16 February 2025 at Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo. The location was excellent — right near Ginza and within easy reach of Tsukiji Outer Market, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The service was superb, with attentive and friendly staff throughout our stay. We also arrived around Valentine’s Day and were pleasantly surprised to receive chocolates from the hotel—such a thoughtful touch! ❤️ The rooms were a little small (well it's Tokyo!), but it wasn’t really an issue for us as we spent most of our time exploring Tokyo (Ginza and Odaiba specifically). Overall, a very enjoyable stay and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again.

For Tokyo, the room is not small, sound insulation is good, and the bed sleeps well. The location of the hotel is convenient, the metro station and the store are all nearby, there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Nothing in particular stands out aside from location. Average service and facilities. Location wise very close to Ginza shopping mall. Good room size comparing with other hotels in Tokyo. If the hotel has a laundry machine, will be more convenient.
