This facility was magnificent. I’m short on time right now so I’ll keep it brief. Excellent clean accommodations. Excellent breakfast and amenities. Most importantly as always, are the people! Luke and Sophia were mint at check in and into the transition into night audit. Donna & Naomi were a real pleasure during breakfast service, maybe the best “hotel food” we’ve had. Houseman Matt is an ace and Jack of all trades, holla! Last but not least CJ. He’s the picture of positivity and leadership for any organization. Only downside please look into fixing the hot tub bubble timer. Everything else was 10/10z Thanks! Andrew Sypniewski & family Owner & CEO of Hateonable Fashion & Entertainment

Close to subway but careful regarding you credit card transactions from hotel Property location is good . Near to subway Not a good experience with the front desk. My booking was prepaid, but I was charged a $270 refundable security deposit. At checkout, I was also charged an additional $150. When I questioned the charge, they admitted it was made by mistake, deducted an amount, and refunded only $120. However, the original $270 security deposit has still not been refunded. Despite multiple communications with the hotel, they keep insisting that they have no record of the deposit, even though my credit card statement clearly shows a $270 transaction to Moxy. I have provided the information and tried several times to resolve this, but the issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience, especially given that the booking was prepaid and the transaction is clearly visible on my credit card statement.

Location good, but very disappointed by the staff
Location good, but very disappointed by the staff Location is good. Rooms small, but ok. Staff incapable of providing a receipt, including staff at the Marriott hotline. I can't get a receipt with the correct company name on it! Left all details with the front desk, including business card. Got the confirmation it would be sent by email. After that, 5 attempts, including an intercontinental phone call with an agent of limited capability, but high level of arrogance - to no avail.
