It was convenient stay with pros and cons. Would go back again if I was in a pinch.
It was convenient stay with pros and cons. Would go back again if I was in a pinch. I liked that the property was located near all the things we wanted to do. Not a lot of traffic through that area so that was nice. I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area or with the clientele outside. Our room constantly smelled like smoke and marijuana even though it’s a “no smoking” facility. The parking was limited. Our key card stopped working at one point.

Good place to stay near UCI
I iked having a couch to relax instead of using the bed to watch tv or read. However, I recommend that the front desk hand out ear plugs for the noise coming from the overhead airplanes and the screaming people in the pool that reverberates in the courtyard.

Excellent Value in a Convenient Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Newport Bay Inn was a fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The room was perfect for one or two people—very clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet. I was especially impressed by the amazing price for such a convenient and well-kept place. I would absolutely recommend Newport Bay Inn and would happily stay again. Could provide a little bit more soap and shampoo

Excellent price for what you get! Very clean & simple. Large and comfortable bed, and a big room. I enjoyed having the option to warm something up and a fridge. The room was very clean and simple, and the staff very friendly and helpful. While the location is near a main road, the room was well insulated, and I did not hear any noise. nothing
