The BnA really gave us some wonderful days in Kyoto: the location is exceptional, convenient for both the station and the Center, a 20-minute walk from Kiyomizudera. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, the environment super clean but above all original, well-maintained, unique in its boutique and museum style. We stayed in the Retro 1993 room with a truly attractive and elegant concept. Honorable mention to the bathroom; I have never found one so spacious and functional in a hotel. Excellent breakfast; the coffee-based drinks are highly recommended, the Americano and cappuccino are super!
Absolutely recommended.

Не бих повторила, не отговаря на 4* Близо до гара Падингтън, на 10 Мин пеша - метро , автобус , влак, и автобусите за трите летища.
Персонала е много мил и услужлив, и се стараеше за всичко . Хотела е тих, чисто е вътре, всеки ден сменяха кърпите, в банята има нужното за взимане на душ. Има кана за чай, чаши, микровълнова печка, чай, кафе и захар, бутилки вода. Интернета в 107 стая беше перфектен , в 308 не беше идеален, но се хващаше по-бавно.
Хотела е на две части. Разположени от двете страни на улицата. Всички, които имат закуска , се хранят в основната сграда, с номера започващи от 100 нагоре , другате от 500 нагоре са в друга сграда, и закусват в сградата с номера на стаи от 100 нагоре .
Наоколо има магазинчета за храна, сувенири, и 2-3 ресторанта.
Може да се остави багаж преди настаняване, както и след освобождаване на стаята. Стая 107 в която бяхме настанени, нямаше хладилник , леглото е продънено , и не може да се спи нормално. След 3 нощи мъка, поискахме смяна, и ни настаниха в 308. Там вече леглото беше удобно, и имаше хладилник , които почти не работеше , оставихме храна за през нощта, и на сутринта беше със стайна температура. Август месец искаш да имаш също и студена вода в стаята, но хладилника е просто шкаф, без да изстудява.

Бяхме в компактна стая за двама.
Само за двама е удобна, ако сте с малко дете -абсурд да се съберете вътре. Леглото не е много голямо, нищо, че е спалня . Банята е с добри размери, за двама става.

Bom custo benefício, quarto funcional! A localização é ótima, o quarto é pequeno mas super funcional, me hospedei por dois dias e achei adequado o custo benefício! O café da manhã não tem nada demais mas o que tem foi o suficiente!! Me hospedaria novamente! Não tenho nada a reclamar!
