Mediocre Cost too much for what it is. Small room, street noise woke us. Needs to have lower prices and what is this facilities extra charge? Ivwould not go back.

. Great hotel with a perfect location. It was clean, and the service was excellent. Also, there’s an employee named Antony who was amazing. We came back to the hotel very late one night, and he was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. He really made our stay even better.

Great hotel! if you don't mind your partner listening to you while you defecate Our room in this hotel had no bathroom at all. The toilet and the shower were separated from the main room only by a flimsy semi-transparent glass door panel. If I wanted to urinate or defecate in privacy, I had to leave our hotel room, go down from the fifth floor to the first floor lobby, and use the men's room next to that lobby (which, although it was a semi-public restroom, had far more privacy than our hotel room's did). Another 'feature' of our hotel room was that the sink and mirror were outside the tiny non-private pseudo-bathroom in which the toilet and the shower were placed. It was impossible to completely clean oneself without coming out of the 'bathroom', and impossible to do all the things required to clean one's body in a single properly enclosed space. Literally any decent American chain hotel room from the 1960s had a better-designed bathroom than the 'bathroom' we had in this hotel. As the Wall Street Journal described in January 2026, this style of 'bathroom' has become fashionable among high-end hotels: https://www.wsj.com/lifestyle/travel/hotels-bathroom-no-doors-8cb4bf96 But it is a stupid, miserable fashion. The sooner that all hotels like this one can be sneered into reversing their decisions and shamed into regaining 1960s standards of bathroom quality, the better.

Nice pool but small rooms and poor customer service Came here for a staycation and had mixed feelings about the experience. The pool area was nice, but the room itself was very small, and there was no separation between the bedroom and bathroom areas, which made it feel less comfortable and private. The biggest issue was the customer service at night. One of the water bottles in our room appeared to have already been opened (which is a separate issue) so I went down to the lobby to ask for water. The man at the front desk told me there were no bottled waters available and directed me to the water dispenser, which either wasn’t working or was empty. When I told him, he said to ask the bartender for water. The bartender was busy helping customers, and there were several people already waiting to be helped. Since it was late and I was frustrated, I went back to the room and called housekeeping for water, but I believe the same employee answered the phone. He told me water bottles were only provided at check-in — even though we never received any — and that I would need to purchase them. After I explained that the bottle in the room appeared to have been opened, he asked if I wanted housekeeping to bring water up, but in a very rude and dismissive tone. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I was simply trying to get water, and the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming.
