Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below what I expected. The problems started as soon as we arrived. We were given a room with an unmade, dirty bed, as if it had never been cleaned after the previous guest. They immediately moved us to another room, but it was a terrible first impression. On top o

Clay was amazing in accommodating our family, most importantly my wife who suffers from a physical disability. Clay was very sympathetic and assisted us promptly because my wife was in pain upon check in. Clay was very professional and overall a great person to work with. In addition, Ryan helped us bringing our luggage and getting us additional arrangements upon getting to our room ie a shower chair. Thank you so much! Great staff and friendly people!

The stay was amazing, but the most personal part for me (a new breastfeeding Mama) was the hospitality provided by outside waitress Ariel. She exceeded my expectations & made me so comfortable. Super accommodating and polite. Thanks so much.

Spent the day at the pool. Food and service were spectacular, weather great too! Natalie was our main attendant getting food and drinks, and she so so attentive and helpful. Such a great place to spend the day!
