Excelente servicio, por mejorar los alimentos de urbano Todo el equipo de front desk, recepción, etcetera, excelente servicio, incluso perdí efectivo y despues de unas horas me identificaron y (previo proceso) me devolvieron el dinero completo. Llevo meses acudiendo regularmente al hotel, el servicio en urbano es muy bueno, pero sinceramente los alimentos en la barra caliente ya son de muy mala calidad, lo que me preocupa es que en meses he notado que ha ido empeorando.
