Elegant hotel, close to Universal Studios, expensive dining, expensive parking.. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. I found the hotel to possess a lovely sense of elegance. Additionally, I appreciated its proximity to Universal Studios. Our room's proximity to the patio terrace resulted in two consecutive nights of disturbances from groups conversing loudly past midnight, which was quite disruptive to our sleep. The restaurant's menu indicated prices that appeared to be on the higher side, and consequently, I did not dine there. Furthermore, I was rather displeased, though not surprised, with the daily charge of $50 for parking. It is my belief that parking should be complimentary for hotel guests.

Adecuada.
Adecuada. La habitacion, el personal. Los ascensores son terribles, hay que esperar demasiado tiempo, sobretodo cuando es la hora de salida en Universal.
