We had a lovely relaxed stay here and would definitely book again if in Miami. Loved the boutique feel and quiet location and proximity to the beach. Having a glass of chilled Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Rooms could have been bigger

À éviter L’emplacement. Même si South Beach est hors de prix en général - certaines chambres ont une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité inacceptable pour ce niveau de prix. C’est à la limite de l’insalubrité. - l’accès à certaines chambres est extrêmement compliqué du fait de la composition de l’hôtel en deux bâtiments joints par une seule passerelle accessible au niveau +3 - pour couronner le tout l’ascenseur qui permettrait un accès plus simple est en panne depuis plusieurs semaines. C’est vraiment inacceptable aussi. - le Valet est hors de prix (58$/jour) et a la limite de l’agressivité - le personnel est variable, fait ce qu’il peut pour accompagner les clients mais l’hôtel manque d’entretien, non loin d’être vétuste. Encore une fois vous tomberez sur un accueil sympa et aidant mais le service au restaurant est moyen, pas toujours gentil (en dehors de Bettie qui est top) et de certains serveurs du Bar. Au restaurant les serveurs semblent agacés de vos demandes parfois… - vous trouverez un vigile de nuit si vous allez au rooftop le soir qui aura des airs à la limite du menaçant. Sur le positif : - bonne cuisine - beau lobby bien climatisé et vivant - piano jazz sympa et fréquent Mais pour ce prix absolument pas au niveau dans l’ensemble.

Never again Only the location All the rest- everything was disappointing from the very start, we got A so called upgrade to a dirty suite, sofa bed (that the children slept on it) was so noisy and uncomfortable, nothing like the pictures, after all that they didn’t clean our room till 17:30 when we were back to the room so we had to leave again so they could clean, if you can call it cleaning. We noted specifically in advance the we are celebrating a special anniversary and was truly shocked. By check out time we got a fine discount, but only after complaining few times, and a discount can’t fix the bed experience
