The place is really well kept, clean, equipped with everything you need and quiet. Upon arrival I was greeted by Shiful and Gregore, who was really kind and helpful. They explained me everything I need to know and made my stay amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to receive high service and kind attitude in this busy city. I would definitely come back.

Honestly, this hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff especially Renata and Saikot went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, particularly since we were traveling with a child; they anticipated every need and made us feel truly cared for. The location is ideal, just steps away from major attractions, yet the rooms are quiet and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, with plenty of variety. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning on our next trip to London."
