We loved our stay for our wedding anniversary and as very impressed with the level of service given to us, particularly by Lydia, she was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel very at home. She went out of her way to be helpful and make our stay as wonderful as it could be.
The hotel was stunning, as were the rooms, we ate in the Whitcomb’s restaurant and the food was incredible as was the service.
We used the spa and the pool, it was blissful and very relaxing.
Would highly recommend staying here!!

This was my third stay at the hotel, and every time I have left very satisfied. It’s a wonderful hotel! Very clean, with an excellent breakfast. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy and are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is also excellent.
I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the room with view is well equipped, were on the top floor overlooking Leicester square, the top. Quiet and very comfortable bedding. The pool area is excellent.
The common areas are beautiful and ke personal with little care.
