Struttura praticamente sul molo, camere nuove arredate bene e pulito… Staff gentile e il servizio delle tavole da surf, pallone, e attrezzatura mare apprezzato… Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, poca luce in camera, ma forse è diffuso in USA

Extrême déception Hôtel bien situé, prêt de chaise et serviette pour la plage, mer et commerces tout proche. Très bonne viennoiserie. Lit canapé non fait à l’arrivée, obligé de téléphoner et d’attendre 25 minutes, crème corporelle mis dans la douche à la place du gel douche, obligé de rappeler et d’attendre, matelas et sommier du canapé lit inconfortable, une couette nous a été prêtée pour diminuer l’inconfort! Petit déjeuner bon mais pas assez de choix. Panne de la machine à cappuccino, alors qu’on en avait commandés. Nous avons commandé des œufs brouillés nous avons eu des omelettes déposées à l’extrémité de la table et pas devant nous. Sel et poivre à demander idem pour le sucre. Bref…

Super freundliches Personal. Tolle kostenlose Annehmlichkeiten wie Surfbretter, Skateboard, Kaffee, Strandstühle, Fahrräder … Perfekte Lage und sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer. Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist viel zu teuer. Außerdem sollte bei dem Preis ein Frühstück inklusive sein.

Great place to stay for exploring Santa Monica
Great place to stay for exploring Santa Monica Staff was professional, friendly and helpful at all times. Comfortable room and great location. Short staffed in the donation - not great service at breakfast. Emanuel deserves a big raise. He was wonderful and doing the job of three people. The pool are needs more umbrellas- hard to find any shade.
