Thank you very much Mr Rob and Ms Anna The thing we were happiest about regarding the hotel was meeting Mr. Rob, who welcomed us at the door, answered all our questions, and helped us with the issue we experienced, even going as far as assisting us in speaking with the manager. He is not only very kind and friendly, but after our very first conversation, he already knew our names, which shows how intelligent and attentive he is. In addition to his manner of speaking and politeness, especially with his attire, he looks almost like a member of the House of Lords. If he ever comes to Türkiye one day, we would be delighted to welcome him as well. :) We were told that the check-out time was 12:00. When we informed them that we would be checking out late, they kindly allowed us to stay until 2:00 p.m. However, when we returned the key card at 2:03 p.m., the lady in the lobby asked us to pay £185. Thankfully, when we spoke to the manager, Anna, and explained the situation, she kindly helped us resolve the matter. We would like to thank Anna for her understanding and assistance. However, we are disappointed by the poor interpersonal skills of the Asian lady in the lobby.
