All good besides the robe detail. As always,Westin holds it's high standards and fulfills out expectations. Please don't lower your standards. We are used to get bath robes on our stay, not this time. We were told by management upon checkout that those are given now upon request... That defeats the expectation.

Nice try but needs some help
Nice try but needs some help Awesome architecture. Easy access. Room was clean and quiet No hot water for my shower. Room AC was noisy and seems to be to struggle with the high heat of 110. Key restaurant was listed as open on website but is actually closed all week except Friday and Saturday and I was there on Thursday
